Many people in the UK rely on the televison for their daily information and entertainment. Some of the most popular programmes are "Reality", "Game shows", "Chat shows" and so on. Check tonights programmes on the 5 main British TV channels showing around 7pm. Make a note of the programme and the type of programme it is.
